Sorry for the long wait and it's still incomplete.

For the past week I've literally not been able to computer more than 5 min a day because of the pain in my wrist (RSI). I promise I will finish it but this is as far as I can get now. Please be patient. I'm having a hard time coping with this pain already, it's very chronic and I actually don't want to whine about it but I want you to understand that I'm doing all I can.
