Day 3 was CelestialSushi's idea. It was to draw a favorite character in an original outfit.

I decided to pick Hotaru from Sailor Moon as my fashion model. She's not my most favorite character, but out of all my favorites, she was probably best suited for this roll. Let's face it, L (Death Note) only wears one outfit and if I were to draw Greed (Fullmetal Alchemist), I'd risk dying of blood loss via my nose.

Long story short, I'm really bad at designing outfits. She's just wearing a shirt, a light jacket, and a skirt with a little trim. I didn't even color the picture. I might come back to it one day, though. Despite the lame outfit, I quite like the drawing, and I think it should be fleshed out.
