Vulcan is a VERY hostile character, so I decided to show him in a different light. He would usually celebrate the end of the year festivities with his cousin, but he decided opt out this year.

Vulc WAS suppose to be holding a bag over his shoulder, but I forgot to put that in. That and I can't help but think I made him look like Hetalia's Austria.
