Was re-watching Kanon recently and if Natsuki had gone to the school ball in the Mai arc, I think she might've worn a dress like this. And she's carrying a love letter; they don't show it, but if she's as popular as reported to be with other students, she probably got some of those in her shoe locker (classic shojo move).
