I don't have Melee, so I had to look up a ton of refs to draw him. But I think he makes a pretty adorable chibi :3
I tried to make him look DRAMATIC... but 'dramatic chibis' is kind of an oxymoron...
Also I realized later that he's on a weird slant... lol
