In Chinese mythology, the Shenlong (or Shen-lung) is a spiritual dragon who is the master of storms and the bringer of rain. Personified, I have him as an emperor since the Shenlong is an imperial dragon and is thought to be connected to Chinese emperors. Thanks for viewing!
