Helloo~ A character called Penelope Plum my friend and I made. She's Korean and lives underwater. She also is hiding a Paraná(?) mouth under her scarf... and she eats British jellyfish as snacks. Yepp.

One thing I must say.. I don't have a scanner! and I do mostly traditional art, so it might not be very good quality .3. Hopefully I'll get a scanner soon ;A;
