Classification: Midnight Pokemon

Pokedex Info: It likes to scare people and will often howl in the night. The red markings on it's body light up at midnight. It can go through solid objects and turn invisible, like all Ghost types, and will often disguise itself then transform to terrify anyone who gets too close.

Method of evolution: Give an Eevee a Dusk Stone and take it to places like the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest or the Celestial or Pokemon Towers.
