Ruu is just an ordinary guy, no special abbilities or anything. He likes to spike his hair up to look like cat ears and due to an accident when he was younger he only has one eye. *u*

For some reason he is really good friends with Chrome (other OC) which is uncommon as Chrome dosent useually take intrest in normal people. XD
