This my first "outer" scout Sailor Astrea. If I ever draw a Sailor Moon fan comic, she'll be in it.

I drew this (not traced it!) using pencil and then coloured it using pencil crayons. I cleaned it up a bit with Gimp. The reference pictures I used are in the following link in the third and fourth rows of the webpage (ie - the manga covers):
