I'm not really sure about her design, and she very well may change again, but this is the jist of her I suppose ^^" Not the most original, but her design was influenced by Misa Misa from DeathNote I think...

This is Talia (I haven't decided on her last name, or even if she'll have one), Roxanne's older sister. Which means she's a Lightning Angel. She makes her first appearance in ASS, while working for Kain. Though it's obvious that she doesn't enjoy/like her job. She's most in it to find her lost sister.

Talia's personality is a mystery to me, since I don't want her being too much like Roxanne. She's more of a rebel, I guess, since she ran away from home and her duties at a young age. She does what she wants and is capable of being a giant flirt to men (maybe Vince...?) and she thinks she's fairy good-looking, rather like Roxanne.

I like Talia's character, I just have a hard time placing her I think. She was kind of a bitch in ASS, but I really intend on changing that, since I don't think Roxanne's only sister would be cruel.
