Hoshi [star]

its wings normally are the same color as the rrst of its body

the stars markings that run along its body light up as it gathers energy

once all are lit it's wings then change to the colors you see

the end of it's tail shifts to fire a beam that explodes and scatters into billions of stars then shifts back like such in the rough sketch

ah the last Cosmos Dragon is done
