Yayoi Yukino from Leiji Matsumoto's 1980 classic Manga "Queen Millennia".

For those of you who grew up in North America during the 1980s, some of you may remember the classic Manga itself for its 1981 Animated T.V. series adaptation, which contains footage used for part of Harmony Gold's "Captain harlock and The Queen of a Thousand Years" (1985).
