Flying thru the night sky over the City That Never Sleeps, making her way to the New York Anime Festival this cool October's Eve ready to share in the celebration of all things Japan and Japanese culture and reunite with the many friends she has made over the years attending such festivals and conventions. She has taken great care and pride to dress herself in attire designed to display what she thinks bests represents her passion for Anime, New York City and Halloween!

"Anime" represented by the overall style and sort of 'magical girl' appearance of Lady Liberty's torch.

"NYC" represented by incorporation Lady Liberty's attire design into the witch costume, thus the 'crown' design on her hat, blouse and shoes. The way she's holding both her 'torch' and book are also in a similar manner that Lady Liberty is holding her torch and plaque. Also incorporated are apples to represent NY as the "BIG APPLE!"

"Halloween" represented very prominently with the witch costume that, again, incorporates Lady Liberty's attire design as well as apples feature jack-o-lantern faces to give them a more Halloween flavour. And of course, let's not forget her ever faithful witch's broom!
