I figured the mascoy this year should be a Japanese Oni, because it goes with the "anime" and "Halloween" themes, killing two birds with one stone. So that left the "New York" theme out, and after racking my brain over how to incorporate that into the drawing, I realized I could substitute Lady Liberty's torch for his club, considering it would make him look less threatening (if a lighted torch makes people look less threatening!).

Also, since the file has to be 300 DPI, why can't I fit a file that large into this site (I get a window that says the file is too large). It makes sense that it must be huge to be clear on the printed page, right? Just wondering...

Also, JPG formats do not support transparency. Just sayin'.
