HEY LOOK AT THAT, I CAN DRAW OTHER THINGS

Back in the day - when I was twelve, to be precise - there was an RPG at the OtakuBoards that I was involved in. Something fantasy or another, something where characters were hunted down, something with outcasts and magic and stuff...But that's where Nyx here was born. She's a weretiger, silly things like that.

I didn't realize it at first, but I can pretty much refer to Nyx as prototype-Tati, at least design wise. Basically if there was some sort of fantasy AU with The Gallifrey Papers, Tati would end up like this. I think the biggest thing that came from Nyx is the eye color. I was debating what to do for eyes and I remember that she had yellow ones, and it looked good...so it...just carried over to Tati. Yes, that is the real reason and no, there wasn't originally any deeper intent. Hurr.

Fact, I still don't think there is...

I randomly drew this in art history a couple weeks ago and haven't had time to color it until now. It's actually rather refreshing to update an old character to your modern style and see the tweaks you make. I totally couldn't remember where the stripes were...turns out there were some over her eyes but at the time I was like "Don't want her looking like Senka now..." Her hair is a bit more mangy than originally drawn, but it suits her more.

I also hate making up tags.
