Another scene in my fan-fiction "Eyes to Life", yes, Sesshomaru grows his arm back, I know he loses that arm in the manga.

After a fight that got out of hand between InuYasha and Sesshomaru (they had both transformed into their true forms), Rin runs to stop her Lord, but one of Sesshomaru's large claws snag her arm.

No more then that, I'll spoil it!

He's just glad she is all right.
