Yes, yes this has been entered in a challenge before but I'm too busy to create another picture for this contest (blame school ^^) Anyway, out of all of my OC's Andrei's my favorite because:

1. Absolutely LOVE his name (don't ask me why...)
2. Every one of my character's represents a part of my personality but he is the one that is closest (shy, quiet, cautious, polite)
3. Because I modeled him after Syaoran (from Cardcaptor Sakura and Tsubasa Chronicles) and he's just adorable.

His outfit is originally Syaoran's (from CCS) but I thought of the background and the letters (which spell out ONDOREI in Kanji).

I think that's about it =D
