I first drew this last October, on Halloween and didn't finish it until Thanksgiving. I think back then I was into Alphonse Mucha which may explain the hair. I started coloring it right after I finished drawing it, but then lost the file. So, this summer I decided to ink it on the computer and start recoloring it. Originally, she was supposed to be black, but I think I made her white because I wanted more pastel colors. It didn't work out. Her hair was also supposed to be just red but I started to think of neapolitan ice cream. I changed some other things around, too. To be honest, I'm not even sure I finished it, at least with the shadows, they were giving me problems (as well as that chocolate fudge thingy on the floor). I also think I slaughtered perspective and anatomy as well (her face looks long, too). The green wall makes the picture look "empty", but I couldn't think of anything to add to it that didn't make the picture appear too clutered. But I still love this one and happy with it.
