IMPORTANT

I need your opinion in these questions:
1. Next year I'll entering university and I do really need some money for tuition because the tuition is expensive, about US$17.000. I want to help my parents to pay it, I'm 17 and I want to get money with my own hard work. So, if I do commission, are you interest on it?
2. Since I started to draw realism, many people ask me how to draw/how to make a good realism. What do you think about a tutorial? Should I make it?
