Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece! I always thought he was ugly. =o= XD
I actually really like how this came out, though... I personally don't think it came out half bad at all! (The line art, at least.)
I really like how the hair came out colored as well. *A*

Anyway, I tried to do something different this time...
