Right, so, just another example of Halloween on the brain. I was thinking of a Halloween costume and this came to be. She wasn't supposed to be significant, but I decided she might as well be the skeleton twins' mother, considering she's dead as well.

Anyhow, it was done in mechanical pencil and then done over in--India Ink? I think... in short, just a special set of markers made for drawing manga and all that. =P
