This is an entry in Harvestmoonluvr's My Spirited Princess Cat Neighbor Howls.... challenge. Only one of the characters here is actually sort of original. The little girl in the foreground is Satsuki's daughter. (That's Satsuki all grown up in the background.) Of course, My Neighbor Totoro fans will recognize the little creature with the girl.
