Well, to be honest, I don't know much about Bleach, but from the three entries that won this is the one I liked best. I added those red lines to the background, and shaded her alot more to make Rukia look alot crazier. I basically coloured it on both Painter and Photoshop and made two minor modifications to the original lineart done by krizomet:

Here's what I used:

Photoshop: background(gradient), snow(gradient), base colours, lettering(johnhandy) & effects (outerglow), red lines (pen tool)

Painter: For cell shading: Blenders, acrylics, airbrushes and FX.

I hope you enjoy it, because it was kinda irritating( I still think Ichigo's hair looks weird)
