Here's my submission for the Fan Art challenge, Heterochromia. I'm trying to enter as many challenges I can, because I'm a whore like that. 8D

At first I was going to draw any random guy just for the sake of the eyes, but as I was drawing him, a background kind of came to me, so therefore he's my new OC. Sebastian is his name... For some reason, that name sounds so sexy. Which just reminds me, that's the name of my middle school gym teacher... *scratches head* He was hot, too. I think I used to have a crush on him.

Back on topic. I like his hair~ It's blowing in the wind, even though it doesn't seem to make sense since you can't tell where he is. D8

I'm not going to talk about the background story I have for him yet, because it's not quite solid. =<
