He has an eyepatch over his left eye because it always starts to bleed when the weather gets too hot or he's too excited.

Added blood for dramatic effect, lolz. Or it's probably his left eye doing its thing again.
I know, his design is too generic but I guess this is the outcome when you rush things. XD Last minute submission, orz...
