This is supposed to be when Raditz first came to earth, so Goku and Piccolo don't even have a snow ball's chance in hell of winning against him. And he's kind of pleased about that.

And if you're wondering why a super saiyan would need a scouter, he had it modified into an mp3 player capable of withstanding his power. He's listening to Stroke 9's "Kick Some Ass". I like that song, I think it suits him.

Used the "digital image" program again, refrenced a few pages off the net to get the colors, especially for the scouter, I really like the scouter ♥
