If you've ever been in chat when Michiyo Shimizu is, then you're probably familiar with her antics. Watching them the other night, gave me the idea for this paticular fan art.

Since Driffter already drew a rather adorable fan art of Michi, I used it as a reference for drawing her as can be seen here: Michiyo Shimizu

I drew it by hand and then scanned it. Then I outlined and colored it in photoshop elements 7. Full credit to the artists who made the brushes I used to help give the dress and background some textures. I'd list the names, but it's been forever since I got them so I honestly don't remember them anymore.

Total time, probably about three to four hours since I kept getting distracted by other stuff. Anyway, dedicated to Michi of course. =P
