Happy early birthday, Duskyskies! (I tried my best, though I've never drawn Howl or Turnip Head before, and I've definitely never drawn either one on MSPaint...or Itachi for that matter. XD) You said Howl's Moving Castle or Itachi, so naturally I chose both.

I cheated with Itachi by closing his eyes...I couldn't get his eyes right and I wasn't looking forward to adding the sharingan...lol.
