This is a chibi of Sylvia from The Nanny on Nick-At-Nite. Does anyone watch that show? Anyway, Sylvia wears short dresses and trys to 'flatter' people. She eats like a pig ('course who doesn't from time to time ;P) Her daughter is Fran and she unfortuately takes after her mother and wears short dresses as well (though most guys say she looks good in them despite her not-so-slim mother).

This sucks, I know. I did it with a mouse on Paint.net and well, let's just say I'm better at drawing with a pencil.
