This is my entry fo the draw lolita! challenge. I don't think i'm gonna win but it's still fun to enter anyway.

Okay. I got the idea from my Rozen maiden OC. Her name's Lolita Rosie so I thought she would be perfect for this challenge.
I'm not sure if I got the idea of lolita right because all of the other drawings had little hats and stuff. But I tried and that's all that matters.
