Another of my Megaman OCs, Vulcan, the 'older' and more mature of the jester twins. Though he is initially slow to anger, his brother Mayhem knows exactly what buttons to push to make him lash out, the end result nearly always ending in bloodshed. It happens so often that he wonders why Mayhem purposely does what he does just to get the crap beaten out of him again.
