I'm glad that i made a character like Rain, it's fun making him all serious when my other character Hikaru is all being crazy and teasing him. The reason for this pic iz because this face came to me when ever Rain and Hikaru were having one of their fights and he wasn't understanding something everyone else understood. I think he's adorable hehe.

The thing above him is a cloud.... i can't draw clouds on MS paint... lol i had to free hand it with the mouse because i didn't have it drawn before i put it up. sry for the boring background ^^"" I couldn't think of what to put... i was thinking more clouds but the first one didn't turn out well so i decided that i would keep the pic the way it was.
As for his hair... it's white, he doesn't have blue streaks, i was trying to shade the hair a bit ^^"" and yes the glasses look funny lol oh well =P
