Kaze is a Corrupted Vocaloid. Not long after his debut he was infected with a virus that crashed a majority of his data, he was able to recover most of it, but his voice bank was corrupted beyond repair. Now his voice only works at two levels, loud and quiet. When he's not singing his voice is barely above a whisper but when he is singing, or rather screaming, his voice is deafening and puts a banshee to shame. Because of this he can no longer sing the genres he was previously able to.

To avoid extra typing, i've decided to use 'Sheer' only when it comes to translating Kaze's name. So yeah.
