Sub-Zeroth is an extremely cocky and arrogant Lekkon (Lekkon are considered to be the missing link between humans and Pokemon since that have both human and monster forms) that's always butting heads with members of the organization. He's a Bug/Ice type that appeared out of the blue one day and started causing trouble. His wings are made up of ice crystals which are formed by rapid freezing of the air surrounding him.

Zeroth seems to be an avid supporter of the illegal experimentation performed on other Pokemon as a means to create beings with powers similar to the Lekkon, fighting anyone that tries to prevent this. The organization believes that he may be working for those conducting the experiments. Because he has never shown his human form, proper identification has yet to be made.
