This is Mina. She's Goku's neice, that's right the daughter of... Raditz. And you guys wont guess who's her grandfather? Master Roshi!!! Raditz came back to earth from the other world, some stupid guy gave his life kinda like what the Grand Kai did to Goku so he would come back to life. He kept saying that he was the most strongest warrior and if they gave their life like Grand Kai, they would make him the president of his evil sceme. So he came to earth, he ends up knowing how strong Goku really was. And ends up falling in love with Master Roshi daughter.
