This one's a really quiet guy, he does his duties without any questions asked or objections. Rei-Gamnan's comparable to a ghost, a ghost with extreme aim. He can see extremely well for hundreds of yards, his eye being much like a scope. he can accurately hit a target as far away as whatever gun he uses is capable of accurately shooting at. Given his zooming vision, gun sights would cover most of his view so the laser sights allor him to aim at a far away target.
