My second mascot for the NYAF Mascot Contest. Introducing Neko Liberty - the cat cosplayer! This crafty little cat has put her own twist on her Statue of Liberty cosplay by switching out the torch with a large stick of Pocky and the stone tablet for an issue of a popular manga magazine.
