This is my newest OC, Luli. I doodled her up in math class, because I liked drawing closed eyes like hers. ;D What I really like about drawing her is I don't have to draw a character skeleton or anything. She's basically just a doodle. Her eyes are really easy to draw when they're opened, too. :D Yay. x3

Luli is the ruler, creator, and master of Dreams. Dreams is not the same as a dream. I'm not too sure what Dreams is yet myself, but I think I'll have it be a place where you feel like you're in a dream but you're really not. Anyways, she controls the events that happen in Dreams and keeps Dreams under control. Althoughm she has a bit of a "Spur of the Moment" sort of personality, so she often acts on things without warning. She is good friends with co-creater/consultant, Ms. Marygold.
Luli looks, talks, and sometimes acts like a 10 or 12 year old, even though she is 17.
