This is Regran, and the new embodiment of Reikimaru. He's the half demon father of little Shiuh, the uncle to Gabriel (Shiuh's sensei), and the worst bad guy you'll ever meet. He does what he wants when he wants, he's not afraid to turn coward, he can't fight without fooling around, and despite his magics or smarts he loses more than he wins. When the guy isn't plotting over how to do whatever or getting pleasure from the thoughts of his love interest(s), he's playing with dolls or abusing his "pain killers."
