Bura is asking Raditz why he and Nappa don't have "partners" as in mates/girlfriends.

He answers her simply,

"Saiyans recruited from any parallel time era are denied the right to take a mate"

"Oh.....that kinda sucks", she tells him.

"Yeah,...it kinda does", he replies.

Done with micron pens and tombow markers. I refrenced Raditz from the 1st issue of the dbz manga. The only thing diffrent I think is his face and the way his hair falls, I think he looks better like this.

On the down side, I feel I drew his head a little to big...>_<
