here is my character for Rein Akira's City of Legend. Sorry it isn't that great but this is Hotaru Seika in human form. She is half human and half dragon. Hope you guys like it. I was going to draw her dragon form too but I didn't want to get too complicated so I'll submit that another time. XD ENjoy!
