Yush! I gave in, twas bored, and made an OC other than my own for Naruto. XD I was/still am too lazy to finish the rest of her, so I took the head I drew and altered it 5 other ways in PhotoImpression. I also used PhotoImpression to color the background black. :3

I doubt I'll use her, so she's free for anyone that wants her. ^^
