Matoyac Kapranova

Why: This is my entry for Zero Guardians contest! Which was to draw a picture that had anything to do with Pandas! Ha ha ha, I must say it was quite a challenge. I kept wanting to draw a real panda in the picture...but without a refrence I was completely hopeless. I almost wasnt going to finish this one because I got stuck on the body...and the whole fact of what he should be doing. But after I slept on it I got an idea of how to place pandas in the picture! As little stuffed animals of course!! ha ha ha.

Character: Of course after spending so much time on this character I did end up creating a story for him. Ha ha ha. You know how it is...all you creators out there. Well anyways. I call him Matoyac Kapranova. He is basically a pupetteer?? I´m not sure how that´s spelled. But you know a puppet master who is distant from reality and let his panda´s do the show. But these pandas are not controlled by strings but mere magic. Very strong magic. Most of the times Kapranova will use these pandas to express his thoughts and emotions. That is why they all have different expressions. And that´s the jist of his character. If you want to know more PM me sometime.

Colors: I used basic colored pencils and yes...so image editing tools! Everyone has been talking about the computer art and photoshop! I´d though I´d give it a whirl. I merely just highered the contrast a little though...ha ha ha. I didnt think it needed that much editing. Hope you like it! This little experement thing. Again sorry for the spelling errors, ha ha ha.

Zero Guardian: I was thinking about you the whole time as I drew this fine piece of work! The thoughts of your happiness is what kept me moving forward. I just hope it´s your kind of material...and also I hope I win your contest! Ha ha ha, I put a lot of work into these things...so much heart and soul put into this! AGh! Ha ha ha ha!
