In "OC" land, Michiru and Iruka are Sakumo's godparents, and Sasuke and Mizuki are Mikoto's god parents. But in the actual fanfic, Iruka and Shizune are Sakumo's godparents, and Sasuke and Sakura are Mikoto's. Does that make sense? lol.
Sakura I imagine would be extremely excited for that moment, lol. I can see her putting her hands on Okihi every time she sees her. XD
