Hi guys~!

I guess after all this time, I’ve finally decided to jump on…It’s bandwagon time!

Let me introduce you to my male mew mew. He’s about five feet, two inches tall and weighs about one hundred and nine pounds. His name is Almond Chairofudo [Almond Brown-Landscape], and, interestingly enough, he’s about as straight as a ruler. However, he’s often pegged as being homosexual because of his feminine appearance. It doesn’t help that he usually gets mistaken for a flat-crested girl and that most boys he meets like him because of it. He is very timid and is a superb specimen of an accident waiting to happen. He’s very clumsy and usually develops headaches whenever he’s under stress, making him more prone to bump into things and not watch where he’s going. It is for this reason that Ryou put him on dish-washing duty in the café instead of taking orders and delivering them.

His love interest is Mew Raimu, and, although they like each other very much, they are often mistaken for a gay couple [take a look at Raimu’s chest and you’ll see why…XD]. Almond is a very fast runner, and it’s good that he is because his weapon, the Almond Suzu, is not very well-designed and emits blasts of energy that are hard to control. His weapon is based on this Japanese instrument.

Almond almost always has to run after his attack detonates as there’s no telling where the energy will go. His main attack is Ribbon/Reborn Almond Cacophony. It’s used for offensive purposes, and is quite unpredictable. Mew Almond shakes the Suzu and the attached bells rattle, sending out bursts of sound energy combined with a forceful electric shock which momentarily stuns the enemy. When Almond uses this attack at full power, he can easily destroy Chimera Anima and knock almost any opponent off their feet in seconds.

Almond’s second attack, Ribbon/Reborn Almond Sound Barrier is mainly defensive. He uses this attack by holding the Suzu out in front of him and shaking it very quickly, whereupon a stream of energy will spread from the end into a spherical barrier around him. Unfortunately, this attack can only be used after his weapon gathers enough energy to power up all the way. This means that he can’t defend himself right after using Ribbon/Reborn Almond Cacophony and must run away from the blast while his weapon recovers enough to produce enough power to shield him from the blast. Because of this, he doesn’t use his offensive attack at full power very often.

Almond has the DNA of a Gray Bat, Myotis grisescens. It grants him a fair ammount of power because of its status as being quite endangered, although not critically. He possesses the ability to fly limited distances and hear very well by using his bat ears. He intentionally can cause them to pop out as a human without worring about the other parts of his animal genes taking over. This is a special part of his injection because his DNA had been modified so the appearance of his animal characteristics wouldn’t be triggered by his emotions [a fatal flaw in the last set of injections, most evident in those of Mew Ichigo and Mew Berry].

His mew mew mark is a set of bat wings with a dotted design between them. It is located on the middle part of his back, a few inches below his shoulder blades. It is faintly green and contrasts with his pale skin., causing him to dislike taking his shirts off or wearing clothes that might reveal it. He is very sensitive about his appearance and is frightened someone might find out his identity as a mew mew.
