Long story short, this pic all resulted from a conversation and a certain mishearing of what I said. So now, Anna's a pirate and runs her ship with an iron fist. Dedicated to silvervampiress because it was her sister's odd hearing (or my lack of articulation, one or the other) that inspired this pic in the first place.

The background... geh. One of these days, I WILL learn how to color water and the sky and actually make it look like that's what they are both traditionally and digitally. For now though, that was the best I could do. But then when it comes to Photoshop in general I've still got a long ways to go, too.
