Sketch done in black Bic pen. Roughly cleaned up in MS Paint (was drawn on the back of a rather marked up sheet of paper). 10-ish minutes per person during my down time at work (no one felt like buying coffee today, apparently, though it is ridiculously cold out).

The girl is the vocalist from Artificial Hairband, the band that is the namesake of my little manga/comic thingy. And the boy is the drummer for said band. Due to my lack of time I've only drawn and posted two pages of my manga (one of which in entirely chibi) and they don't really get into plot or character development like, at all. I want it to flow like a standard manga/comic but for now I'm sticking with stand alone (mostly) pages. Also, just FYI, but this picture would take place about 2 years before the start of the comic.

Anywho, I don't want to spoil any major character or plot developments so I can't really tell you much about this picture aside from what you can tell just by looking at it. The girl is angst-i-ly looking down whist the boy is contentedly (or so it would seem) looking skyward. One can rather safely guess that they two are not entirely unrelated.
