actualy this kinda came out an axcident like that i just always picktured Evilen with blue hair
i have uploaded picks with her with brown hair but that is for a spacific reason
and this cherecter's elemnt is water so it only fits ^^

oh yah i kinda changed the pick a bit with paint i kinda messed with the praportions cause the right eye[from our point of veirw]was weard and fishy looking so i made it biger and moved it up
