This is an image for Meagan or Innocent Heart as she is better known ~ Smiles ~ it would probably count as the most belated birthday present ever ~ Laughs and bows to her ~ Gomen for that! The picture was originally going to have more than one character in it but when Chii was finished it didn't seem right to add anyone else to the image so I left it with her only! I hope that's ok ~ Smiles ~

This is the first time I have drawn Chii, I copied her off a picture I found from Google Images and it didn't come out too bad. There was hair at the other side of her in the original but I left it out!
